this Web site. Your use of, and/or access to USPT constitutes your

E-Trepreneur
membership
Only an individual may become a member of USPT. A member may only
have one E-Trepreneur membership and that E-Trepreneur membership is
not transferable. Any member found to have more than one E-Trepreneur
membership will forfeit all benefits, including E-Trepreneur
membership, and will be terminated immediately. A portion or all of
any refund, if applicable, may not be returned if you are terminated
for having a duplicate E-Trepreneur membership.
Registration for E-Trepreneur membership takes place on the USPT
Web site.
You will be asked to select a unique, inoffensive member ID that
will be used to access your USPT account. This member ID will also
be used to identify you to USPT and other members participating in
the USPT plans. Once selected, this member ID cannot be changed. In
addition, we require you to choose a password and password question
with subsequent answer, so that we may identify you if you should
ever lose or forget your password. Registrants must also provide
certain personal information, as requested, during the registration
process. E-Trepreneur membership and personal information will be
collected and used in accordance with the USPT Privacy Policy.
You must not permit any other person to use your member ID and
password to access your USPT account nor are you permitted to use
any other person's member ID and password to gain entry into their
account. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and
accept full responsibility for any person using your member ID and
password. USPT is not liable for any loss or damage caused by any
disclosure of your password or account.
You may not open an account for another person. To comply with
the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
children younger than age 18 will not be allowed to become members.

Registration Information
You may, at any time, update your personal information by going to
the Members Detail section in the Members Area. To update your name
and/or country, you will need to send an e-mail to support@USPT.com
with your request. It is your responsibility to keep your e-mail
address current. Member accounts with incorrect, or outdated e-mail
addresses are subject to termination. USPT will use your e-mail
address for verification of changes made to your account, policy
changes and for sending our members periodical USPT updates.
Social Security Numbers
Citizens of The United States will be required to submit their
Social Security when their USPT gross income has reached $600. This
information is used for the purpose of reporting income earned to
the correct taxing authorities. The USPT accounting staff will
contact you when your income has reached the $600 point. Your USPT
earning payments will cease until your Social Security number is
received and verified by the USPT accounting office. Your Social
Security Number cannot, and will not, be used for anything other
than required tax reporting purposes.
Social Security Numbers will be verified through the Social
Security Administration. Any member who purposefully sends a Social
Security Number that is incorrect will be reported to the Social
Security Administration and Internal Revenue Service for fraud and
their E-Trepreneur membership will be terminated.
Retention of Member Information
You agree that USPT may retain your personal information for the
duration of your E-Trepreneur membership with USPT and for a period
of time thereafter.

Referrals
As a member of USPT you will earn a ONE TIME fee of @ $25.00 on
every referral who becomes a member. Referral fees are paid to you
when the annual dues of your referral have been received, in
conjunction with 3 months of paid service.
E-Trepreneur membership Payments To USPT
Payments to USPT for E-Trepreneur membership are billed through the
method you specify during registration. Declined, refused and/or
returned payments will result in a $25.00 service charge payable
immediately.
Termination
As stated in our Privacy Policy, you are able to terminate your
account at anytime. If terminating by your request, you will be
eligible to receive all payments due to you. If USPT has terminated
your E-Trepreneur membership for violations of any of our policies
you will forfeit all monies earned as well as any referrals you may
have acquired. Your E-Trepreneur membership is transferable.
Re-enrollment
Once a member is terminated by his own discretion or by the
discretion of USPT he/she will not be allowed back into the Program
for a period of at least 3 months.
Fraud
Any member suspected of fraud, against USPT, will be immediately
placed on suspension until further research is conducted. Acts of
fraud include, but are not limited to: credit card fraud, entering
incorrect personal information, re-entering the USPT Program after
being terminated and any other violation of USPT Policies.

You agree that USPT is not responsible for any relationship (damage
or loss) you may have with a third party related to our websites.
Updates and Revisions
USPT reserves the right to change this or any policy with sufficient
notice to our members. Continued E-Trepreneur membership in our
program indicates your consent to the revised E-Trepreneur
membership Agreement. If you do not agree with the changes,
amendments or updates, you may request that your E-Trepreneur
membership be terminated with USPT.
Compliance of Policy
You agree to abide by all USPT policies. You also agree to abide by
local, state, province, country or regional legal restrictions that
may be applicable to your E-Trepreneur membership with the USPT
Program. It is your responsibility to understand these laws and how
they may affect or limit your E-Trepreneur membership with USPT. It
is also your responsibility to file and make all payments relating
to your income and the taxes due to your governmental authorities.
Limitation of
Liability
USPT and its members will not be liable for any delay or failure in
its performance under this E-Trepreneur membership agreement for
causes beyond our control. Such causes include, but are not limited
to: Computer hacking, system failures, Internet failure, acts of
war, strikes or labor disputes.
You agree and understand that in no event will officers or directors
of USPT be liable for any direct, or indirect, punitive, incidental,
special consequential and/or exemplary damages arising out of or in
any way connected with the use of this Web site or one provided for
you, with the inability to use this Web site or one provided for
your use.
Exclusions and Limitations
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or certain warranties
or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or
consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitation may
not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless of USPT and its affiliates,
officers, agents, or other partners, and employees from any third
party claim or demand, including attorneys' fees, due or relating to
your use of this website or one provide for your use, your violation
of this E-Trepreneur membership Agreement, or content you submit to
or post on the USPT website. You are responsible for any
unauthorized use, loss or theft. Cards and pins are not refundable
or exchangeable (ALL SALES ARE FINAL) unless defective. Neither pin
provider, network provider nor USPT make any warranty, express or
implied, regarding the condition or fitness of the services offered
for any particular use or purpose. The USPT liability shall be
limited to: direct damages for personal or property injury, and for
all other claims, an amount equal to the value of this Card. In no
event will the USPT be liable for PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT,
RELIANCE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. The exclusive remedy
for all disputes against USPT arising out of purchase or use of pin,
except for matters taken to small claims court, is arbitration by a
single arbitrator under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the AAA.
DISPUTES AGAINST USPT WILL NOT BE HEARD BY A JURY OR IN A COURT AND
MAY NOT BE MADE PART OF A CLASS ACTION. Membership may be
cancelled/suspended without notice if fraud is reasonably suspected.
